Hi Guys!
Todays post is something that can be made all times of the year, but would be great for a christmas day when you are opening your presents.
This is a Jamie Oliver recipe and can be found here.
Ingredients
3 Large Eggs
115g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
140ml Milk
1 Pinch of Salt
Step 1
Separate the eggs. Put the whites into one bowl and the yolks into another.
Step 2
Add the flour, baking powder and milk to the bowl of yolks and mix until it is smooth. Fold into the batter.
Step 3
Whisk the whites with the salt until it is thick and smooth.
Step 4
Put a non-stick pan on a medium heat (I put mine on 4 out of 9). Pour some of the batter into the pan using a ladle and fry for a couple of minutes. Then flip and wait until both sides look golden in colour.
Step 5
Serve with whatever topping you choose. I used sugar.
Step 6
You could stop there or you could use christmas cutters and create different shaped pancakes.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
Thanks for Stopping By! :)
